The Imperial Grove Pavilion is a 248 bed skilled nursing facility with multiple services that include short-term rehabilitation, specialized dementia care and long-term care. Our highly trained nursing professionals provide loving care in a home-like environment.
The overall mission of The Imperial is to provide compassionate care to help each individual reach and maintain their maximal level of functional ability.
We continue to add the latest in technology, safety, and quality of life innovations. We offer pet therapy, live entertainment, religious services, and out trips to area museums, parks, zoos, and shopping attractions.
