Homeward Bound
Homeward Bound is our state of the art rehabilitation program. It is a comprehensive short-term physical rehabilitation program designed to return residents to their optimal functional level.
Our team of highly trained physical, occupational, and speech therapists work with our nurses and your doctor to create a personalized plan that addresses your needs, monitors your progress, and gives you the support you need for a speedy recovery.
The resident’s plan focuses on the individual, their goals, and outcomes through the use of Nautilus equipment, strength training and pain management. Our therapy team works closely with our physiatrist to tailor a therapy program to each individual.
